Co-op Recruitment

Co-op recruiting is a fundamental element of the company’s recruiting efforts. Many of our co-op students become permanent employees after graduation. Each semester we post for roles in field coordination, project coordination or estimating. Please watch for our postings at the following schools: Mohawk College, McMaster University, University of Waterloo, George Brown College, York University – Lassonde School of Engineering, and Conestoga College.

Summer Students

If you are attending a college or university that does not have a co-op program, the summer months provide a valuable opportunity to gain work experience. Apply for a summer work term with Kenaidan.

If you want to gain hands-on construction experience, consider applying for a construction labourer’s role working on our formwork crews providing general labour. These positions are in the GTA and its surrounding area.
