At Kenaidan, we believe that success is developed from within. To ensure that our employees have the skills required to excel in their careers, our organization created the Kenaidan Centre for Learning (KCFL). The Centre features training and development programs designed to support our employees in both their current and future roles within the company. The success of our programs is demonstrated by the number of employees who have been developed into leadership roles.
We are employee-owned, with shareholders from every department and level in the company including our crew employees, every member of our team has a vested interest in quality and client satisfaction.
• Community Events – through our Corporate Wellness Program we organize events to support our community that leverage the skills and talents of the men and women who work for Kenaidan. Past events include tree planting, building ramps to make local business wheelchair accessible, volunteering at food banks, and community walks/runs.
• CETA Build – These projects are completed every second year and involve renovations to homes or camps to support children with physical challenges. Kenaidan supplies a Project Manager for the job and our subtrades and suppliers donate their time and materials to complete the job.
• Charitable Matching – Kenaidan encourages staff to donate time and money to charities in our community. We match employee contributions of either volunteer time or money to registered Canadian Charities up to an annual maximum.
