The new Goldring Student Centre, located at 150 Charles Street in Toronto, created a much needed hub of student activity providing new space for clubs, meeting rooms, offices for student government and clubs, a renovated cafe, and a 2-storey lounge. The construction included both a 2,000m² historic renovation, including asbestos and PCB abatement, of the old Wymilwood Hall building and a 2,500m² 3-storey addition onto the existing building to make the new student centre.

The exterior of the building included full landscaping of the entire project site and the addition of a new fire route. The new student centre has enhance the existing space by taking the history of the old hall and incorporating it into the modern new facilities. Kenaidan forces installed all new site services within the project.

The building has a structural steel frame with steel decking and a facade made up of glass, stone, metal and pre-cast architectural panels. A large open glass clad staircase runs up the middle of the new addition around the elevator in the 2-storey open lounge area. Construction included the placement of over 1,600m² of concrete by Kenaidan forces.
