Recent graduates enter our organization through our 18-month Internship program where they spend time working in our Field Operations and Project Management departments, including time working on projects where we are performing the formwork ourselves.  During the term of their internship, they are full-time permanent employees.  The goal of this position is to provide recent graduates, who are new hires to Kenaidan, with exposure to various aspects of our business before they move into a traditional role in either Field Operations or Project Management.
