The Kenaidan Centre For Learning (KCFL) features a number of training and development programs that the company offers employees at all levels of the organization. Training and development needs for each employee are assessed by the employee and their manager on an annual basis during our performance review process.  The focus for training and development is on current and future roles within the organization.
