Kenaidan's scope of work included construction of a three-level 2800m2 building to house the sludge dewatering process and equipment. The building is a cast-in-place structural concrete design with pre-cast architectural panels and a poured-in-place roof.  The excavation was 7m below ground level and 3m below groundwater level requiring 6 perimeter deep wells and a number of additional well points at low-lying areas of the excavation.
