Kenaidan's contract entailed providing the Region of Peel with all design, construction, permit, commissioning, and startup activities to provide a turnkey delivery service for the facility.  This is a three-celled structure, with a total storage capacity of 35 ML. Each cell is 66 m long by 33 m wide and 7 m high. The structure consists of a cast-in-place concrete base slab and walls. The roof of the reservoir and pump station is a pre-cast hollow core design.

Kenaidan worked with designers to optimize the design, layout and selection of process equipment; installed underground piping; supplied and installed electric actuated sluice gates, installed sampling systems; managed the start-up and commissioning of mechanical equipment; managed the commissioning process of the facility which was completed in stages as the distribution network became available; and coordinated multiple mechanical and electrical sub-contracted installation firms.
