Kenaidan's contract involved the construction of the air traffic control tower's foundation and concrete superstructure.  Work began with the forming and pouring of a 600m³ concrete octagonal foundation mud slab. The next stage was the unique aspects of this project, the slipforming of the 70m high tower.  The slipform superstructure component was completed in 15 days. Forming of two interior stairwells followed the completion of the superstructure.
