The Undergraduate Residence is located at York's Keele Street Campus. It is comprised of a 9-storey tower with a 5-storey podium.  It contains 450-beds and is a cast-in-place concrete structure.  This building features several LEED elements:  a low E glass curtain wall, grey water heat recovery system, a roof-top garden, and a unique hydronic heating, cooling system embedded in the concrete slab.
