Concrete Formwork and PlacementKenaidan is a true builder. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are one of the few general contractors that self-perform a critical element of our projects: the forming and placement of reinforced concrete. We have completed some of the most complex and architecturally challenging concrete formwork projects that our industry has to offer. Our approach to project planning, labour unit reporting (LUR), and QA/QC are tools that allow us to provide our clients with industry leading performance. Our capabilities and approach generates cost, schedule, and quality advantages for our clients. Our self-perform capability goes beyond traditional formwork; slipforming, a rare service, is also one of our strengths.
MechanicalOur mechanical division capabilities focus on Water and Waste Water Treatment Facilities, ICI, and Start-up-and-Commissioning. Our qualified staff includes Engineers, Licensed Tradesmen and support personnel. This in-house capability assists all of our project teams to enable them to better manage the mechanical and electrical divisions on all our projects. KCL Mechanical targets projects that complement our general contracting expertise especially in the water and wastewater treatment plant industry and allows us to provide owners' projects with improved competitive pricing and schedule benefits.
