The expansion to the St. James Campus will provide 4,500m2 and 4-storeys of new lecture hall, office and meeting room space.

The new building attaches to the original facility with access through new hallways and firedoors. Formwork, self-performed by Kenaidan crews, entails approximately 1,300m3 of concrete which is primarily the construction of the two stairs and elevator towers located on both the east and west side of the building.

The superstructure is comprised of structural steel. The floors and roof are metal deck overlayed by a concrete topping.
